All our wood comes from a bi-product of the tree surgery industry. It is collect when for numerous reasons, home owners, businesses and local councils have to fell trees.
This wood is stored on site at a North Cheshire farm. It is then processed and packed ready for use. All the wood is seasoned so the moisture content is reduced for optimum burning.
Firewood is a sustainable product and is environmentally friendly. This is due to the fact that it produces virtually no carbon dioxide (fossil fuels) when burnt.
By using this local waste wood we are eliminating the need to tip the wood. We are also cutting down on transport miles making this a green option for your fuel needs.
